Signal Shift pricing

Serious systems, sized for a growing small business.

Start with straightforward CRM or Operations access, or the missing custom system. We make the implementation, subscriptions and third-party costs visible before work begins.

Start with the part that needs to work better.

These are genuine starting points, with the boundary around each one explained below.

System implementation and AI usage credits charged separately.Process mapping, configuration, migration, training, and integrations scoped around your business.Pro Suite includes access to AI-enabled features, while the credits those features use are charged separately and confirmed before AI is enabled.

No blurred line between software and implementation.

A Signal Shift proposal should make each layer understandable, including what is one-off and what continues after launch.

Implementation

Discovery, configuration or build, data work, integrations, testing, training and the agreed launch support.

Ongoing access

Signal Shift plan charges and any recurring support or maintenance explicitly included after go-live.

Third-party costs

Accounting, ecommerce, automation, messaging, AI usage or other external platform costs shown separately.

The work behind the system—not the size of the feature list.

Two businesses can ask for the same headline capability and require very different implementation effort.

Data quality and volume

Clean, consistent records are quicker to move than years of duplicate or free-form spreadsheets.

Workflow complexity

Rules, roles, approvals and exception handling increase the design and testing required.

Integrations

The number of systems, their API quality and the actions required affect scope and risk.

Users and permissions

Several teams, role-specific experiences and sensitive access need more careful setup.

Custom functionality

Specialist portals, calculations, documents or interfaces add focused build work.

Launch depth

Migration windows, training groups, parallel running and support requirements shape the handover.

A quote begins with the problem, not a shopping list.

Share the setup

Tell us what you use, who uses it and what is currently breaking.

Confirm the route

Decide whether CRM, Operations, Custom or a smaller fix is sensible.

Define the first phase

Make the deliverables, data, dependencies and responsibilities explicit.

Approve the picture

Review the one-off, recurring and third-party costs before work begins.

The commercial detail, in plain language.

If a cost is a dependency of the agreed system, it should appear in the scope rather than arrive as a surprise.

Why are CRM and Operations implementation priced separately?

The access price is predictable per user, but businesses vary in data quality, workflow design, integrations, permissions and training needs. A separate implementation quote keeps you from paying a generic setup fee that does not reflect the actual work.

What does “from” mean for Custom?

It means a clearly bounded Custom project can begin at that level. It does not imply a broad, multi-team transformation or complex application will cost the same. We define what the entry scope includes before quoting.

Are third-party subscriptions included?

Not unless the proposal states that they are. External platforms, automation usage, AI usage or specialist software are listed separately so you can see which costs belong to Signal Shift and which belong to other providers.

Is ongoing support required?

Any post-launch support included in the project is stated in the scope. Ongoing support or improvement can be agreed separately where it is useful; the proposal makes that commitment clear rather than assuming it.

Can a project be delivered in phases?

Yes. Phasing is often the safest route: solve one valuable problem, prove adoption and data quality, then expand from a working foundation. Each phase has its own outcome and commercial boundary.

Do the prices include VAT?

The formal proposal and invoice will state the applicable tax treatment for your purchase. If you need a VAT-inclusive comparison before deciding whether to proceed, ask and we will make the total clear.

Tell us what needs to work better.

Share the current setup and likely users. We will help identify the right route and whether the starting budget is realistic for the outcome.

  1. 1Review the problem and current tools.
  2. 2Confirm the sensible first scope.
  3. 3Separate implementation, access and third-party costs.
